"Support is too slow for what you’re paying"
Really.com is fine when everything is working, but the support experience was frustrating. I reached out a couple times with what felt like basic questions and waited much longer than I expected. One response didn’t really answer what I asked, so I had to follow up again, which just dragged things out more. For the price, I expected quicker and more helpful support. It’s not a terrible site, but the slow replies definitely made me question whether it’s worth it.

I’ve been using really.com around town and, from what I remember, the coverage has been solid. I don’t keep track of every single spot, but in my usual places it’s been reliable. Calls rarely drop and data loads fine, even in a couple spots where my phone used to struggle.

In my experience, using really.com has been straightforward so far, especially when it comes to managing my account. I didn’t feel like I had to dig around to find basic settings or figure out where things were.
Updating my details and checking my account info was quick and simple, which I personally really appreciate. For me, not having to reach out to support for every little change makes a big difference.
Overall, I’d say it does what I need without making things complicated. It feels simple, clear, and hassle-free, so I’d give it 5 stars.

"Hotspots can be a little unpredictable"
Really has been okay for me overall, but the hotspot situation feels kind of hit or miss. In some places, there are plenty around and everything works like you’d expect. Other times, I’m wandering around trying to find one and it gets a bit annoying. Maybe it’s just the areas I’m usually in, but it seems like the coverage isn’t super consistent yet. Not a bad service, I just wish it felt more reliable from place to place.

The app gets the job done and it’s easy to use, but man, it can be a total freezer sometimes. Not the worst thing ever, just kind of a clumsy little headache.

I signed up mostly because I was worried about getting hit with extra fees, but really.com made the whole billing part simple to follow. The price I saw at checkout was exactly what I ended up being charged.
So far, there haven’t been any random add-ons or surprise charges, which I really appreciate. I also like that I can check everything easily from my account page, and based on my experience, I’d definitely keep using them again.

I’ve been using really.com on my laptop, my iPhone, and even an older Android tablet, and it actually loads fine on all of them. I haven’t run into any weird layout issues or missing buttons, which has definitely happened to me on other sites before.
Switching between devices is smooth too. I can start something on my phone and finish it later on my computer without it feeling annoying. It’s a simple thing, actually, but it makes a big difference for me...

Calls are okay overall, but the audio cuts out sometimes, which is annoying. It’s still usable, but they definitely need to fix that because it makes conversations harder than they should be

I’ve been using really.com for a while now, it’s been dependable most days. There was one little outage last month that felt mildly catastrophic in the moment, but thankfully it came back fast. It’s not flawless, but it’s reliable enough for what I need. I’d give it 4 stars.
